• Cancellations made at least 5 days before the arrival date are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made fewer than 5 days before arrival receive a 50 percent refund for unused nights.

• The arrival date is based on the property's local time zone.

• Refunds apply to nightly rates only and do not include taxes or fees charged by booking platforms.
