Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made at least 5 days before the arrival date receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made fewer than 5 days before arrival receive a 50 percent refund for unused nights.

• Arrival date is based on the local time zone of the property.

• Refunds apply to nightly rates only and do not include taxes or fees charged by booking platforms.

(Same cancellation policy as Airbnb & VRBO)

As we do offer Trip Insurance, we will not deviate from our cancellation policy.
